Methods, costs and delivery

Shipping options and charges depend on the destination and products in your bag. Applicable delivery costs and taxes form part of the final order total and must be shown before an order is confirmed.

Restrictions and customs

Local import and export requirements may restrict certain products. Orders are accepted only where the product and delivery route are permitted. For destinations outside the EU, customs procedures may apply.

Returns

EU consumers generally have 14 days after receipt to notify us of withdrawal from an eligible distance purchase. Contact us before returning goods. Statutory exceptions and the rules on return costs apply; your rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected.
