Products and prices
Product descriptions, selected pack sizes and prices in EUR are shown on the product pages. The order summary must state any shipping charges and applicable taxes before the customer commits to payment.
Placing an order
Select the product, pack size and quantity, check the bag, enter the delivery information and review the complete total. An order is binding only after the customer expressly confirms a payment obligation and the store accepts the order.
Consumer rights and complaints
The statutory rights of consumers apply, including the usual 14-day withdrawal period for eligible EU distance purchases and remedies for defective goods. Please contact us through the Contact page if you need to report an issue or request a return.
